Our Legal Framework
Our offices represent the Intended Parents who arrange Surrogacy and Egg /Sperm Donor relationship through Upscale Pro Angels. This relationship includes drafting the appropriate contracts, and assisting couples through the establishment of the parental rights of the Intended Parents.
However, clients are advised to seek legal representation should there be any unforeseen legal entanglement.
Agreements
Essentially, a carefully drafted agreement will give all parties the confidence that a child born through surrogacy /egg /sperm donation will be free of any legal conflict. It is also critical that the egg donor and or sperm donor relinquish their parental rights. This Agreement is drafted in such a way that all parties understand and agree that any child that is pursued is considered the child of the Intended Parents, and nobody else's.
Upscale Consultancy Fees
Upscale Pro Angels fees include counselling with our professionals; and medical screening of our donors, through our affiliated Hospitals. Laboratory results can be shown to prospective Intended Parents under the written approval of the Donors.
Third Party Reproduction Agreement
Gestational Surrogacy has provided Intended Parents with another avenue to have that "Angel" in their lives, whether through their own genetic effort or that of a donor. Again, in these situations, a carefully drafted agreement is made before the surrogate embark on the journey of pregnancy for the Intended parents.
Our law offices will assist the Intended Parents to file all Legal documents to establish the maternity and paternity of the child if there is a need to process paperwork to another country.
This will attract seperate costs to the Recipient Parents if they decide to use our Law Firm.
